Bottle @ home. Hazy yellow / light orange color, huge soapy, frothy head. Smell lightly sour, slightly musty. Taste some bitter mixed with some sweetness, not good. Dull and just not what it should be. Low carbo, low body.

(Bottle, Monk’s CafΓ© Wallingatan, 4 Oct 2011) Clear golden colour with lasting, off-white head, leaving traces of lacing. Malty, fruity nose with notes of citrus, tropical fruit, pineapple and spicy hops. Malty, fruity taste with citrus, tropical fruit and slightly grassy/spicy hops in a finish with a generous bitterness. More than medium body, fairly dry. Nice and tasty with a refreshing bitterness.

Bottle @ Home. Pours light golden with a huge white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, bitter orangepeel. Taste is malt, notes of yeast, lemon, orangepeel. Medium body, medium carbonation, highly bitter finish, but not in a really fitting or pleasant way. To bitter or unbalanced to be really good for the style. 270911

draft@Kulminator: clear golden with white head, sharp bitter Belgian hop, malt & with a touch of fruity sweetness buried underneath (barely noticeable), hint of esters, lemon peel, light, overall there is not much to this & not really going crazy for this kind of Belgian bitter hops

Draught at Pegasus, Copenhagen, Denmark. Clear golden, rocky head. Herbal resiny nose. Fruity and mid sweet with lots of resiny bitter hops. Slight almondy yeast character, almost aggressive bitterness.
