(Keg at Kaunis Kampela, 20220714) The beer poured mahogany coloured and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts, toffee, caramel and earth. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, earth, toffee, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. A nice and balanced malty brew with mildly spicy notes.

Aroma has apricot, mustard and licorice. Hopbitter flavor with licorice and some caramel. Just a bit of sweetness. Not the typical Belgian amber ale, but loads of flavor and I really liked it.

Amber beer somewhat reminiscent of a spéciale belge, tasted as old beer (6 years of age). Cream white, loose, not too stable head, dark amber colour, tending towards copper, clear. Aroma of nutty and caramelly malts, strawberry, apple peel, honey, candied cherries, wood, cloves; taste a light fruitiness, honeyish touch, nutty maltiness, thin mouthfeel, not evolving much towards the finish. Somewhat curious, too bad for the disappointing finish.

amber with a lasting thin white head. Aroma is fruity, with toffee and slightly grainy malt. Sweet malty caramel flavour with a touch of butterscotch. Rather thin.
