Joining our core rotational offerings here at Tree House, we are pleased to offer Blue for your enjoyment today! Brewed with pale and dextrin malts, a large dose of flaked oats, our House yeast, and repeated doses of Mosaic hops in both the kettle and dry hop, Blue carries distinctive flavors and aromas of blueberry jam, mixed berries, raspberry puree, tropical fruit, and guava - the blueberry notes are especially intriguing! Blue finishes with a firm but thirst-quenching citric bitterness that makes your mouth water for the next sip. It is everything we enjoy and seek to put forth in a beer - unique flavor, the individual character of hand-selected hops, and sky-high drinkability. Enjoy!

Can thanks to William. Pours a cloudy yellow with large frothy white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is earth, citrus, wheat, floral. Slick body, melon, grass, pine, nice resin bitterness, very good.

Can (1/28/20) from the brewery. Appearance is opaque, dingy orange juice with fair sparkle at the edges of the glass, 2-finger foamy white head with excellent retention and nice leggy lacing. Aroma is strong lemon citrus, tangerine, grape, melon, candied fruit. Taste is strong citrus, tangerine, guava, melon, earthy blueberry and mildest of herb. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with thick, grainy texture, average-to-lively carbonation and finish as taste with light lingering dry bitterness. Overall, look is a little dim but excellent otherwise, strong, complex aroma and flavor and nice, thick mouthfeel but a bit overcarbonated. Very nice.

Pours a hazy, golden yellow, with mid-sized, lasting head. Aroma has a touch of gasoline, stinky cheese, sour washcloth, as well as citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor is bitter and grassy up front, with citrus and tropical notes. It has a soft, full mouthfeel with lingering bitterness at the finish.
