Bottle courtesy of nimbleprop. Not a gusher. Clear deep golden color, massive white head. Huge bretty aroma, mainly dust, pepper, overripe fruit. Taste is funky attic corners and barnyards. Very tasty.

Bottle shared by Kyle, thanks! Pours a cloudy earthy peach with a deep gold hue and a large near white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has lots of dry citrus with a light funkiness and a bit of sweet grain. Flavor has a bitter citrus with a light funkiness, some tartness and a dry finish.

Location: 750 ml bottle from Sparrow, 8/23/15
Aroma: The aroma is fairly fruity, tropical, and some funk, with a good yeast presence as well
Appearance: It pours a darker orange color with a frothy beige head and light lace
Flavor: The flavor is yeast and fruit as well, lightly sweet, with a bitter close
Palate: The body is medium, decent mouthfeel, and finishes quite dry, bretty on the mouth
Overall Impression: I'm glad these guys are in NJ now. This works pretty well. The brett really dries it out more so than adding a lot of funk. Nice beer.

A lot of tangy orange citrus and hibiscus in this. Pours hazy amber with OK head and lacing. Tangy finish. Balance on palate isn’t great here. Tap at Blind tiger.

Yes , I got to try Fonefan’s favourite beer ( haha ) . Pours fuzzy amber , smell is a bit funky . Some lemon . Taste is sour-ish , bit bitter, with a herbal , almost soapy taste next to it . Aftertaste is only the soapy character , which I don’t like , really . Sourness is very nice and balanced though

Bottle. Pours orange amber bone white head. Nose and taste of dank grapefruit, light Brett, peach, touch of spicy malt, yeast, pink peppercorn, dank citrus and tangerine peel. Medium body. Best beer from them so far.
