22/XI/16 - on tap @ HoReCa Expo (Gent) - BB: n/a (2016-1356) Thanks to kraddel and Erwin for sharing today's beers!
Pretty cloudy blond beige beer, small creamy off-white head, irregular, little stable. Aroma: yeasty, bit soapy, floral touch, minerals. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very sweet start, sugary, lots of ginger, some honey, yeast. Aftertaste: soft bitterness, yeast notes, sweet, ginger again, sugar, bit metallic.

Bottle. Pours unclear blonde. Rather small white head. Nose is pure Ginger, a scent that fills the room. Taste is Ginger alright ! Milelly bitter , rather earthy Ginger finish. Sweetness in the aftertaste ( sweeteners ) it’s not terrible, but to drink a whole glass of this ?
