On tap at Hunah Day. Pours a dark ruby with small off white head. The aroma is wheat, berry, dough. Thin body, passionfruit, berry, wheat, light tartness, very good.

Growler from the brewery filled yesterday. Brilliant amber with red pink hues and a decent sized bubbly white head with hints of pink in it. Big raspberry and passion fruit on the nose with plenty of lemony lactic bite and a touch of saline. The flavor is full of tart fruit with a hint of lemony lactic bite to it. Light earthy and salt round the flavor out quite nicely. Pretty damn good tart wine cooler. :) I enjoyed the hell out of this beer!

750 ml growler from the brewery. Real nice light pink / ruby color with thin pink head. Nice carbonation level. Aroma displays the fruit very well; tart raspberries, passion fruit, blackberry hints, with just a touch of Lactobacillus under the layers of fruit.

Taste comprises a balance of the two fruits. Equal juicy passion fruit with mild tart raspberry. I enjoy that this Berliner has the tartness on the lower end of the spectrum, subtle. The texture is interesting; its juicy from the fruit initially and then turns dry. The body is on the lighter side of medium with just a mild note of acid someplace near the backend of the sip.

Overall very juicy with low tartness and low acidic notes. Very approachable and would work very well if you want to introduce a friend to the Berliner Weisse style. And for any seasoned beer nerd, it has such a juicy character it is easy to crush a whole growler by yourself.
