Bottle. Rating 9,400. Pours gold white head. Nose/taste of white wine, oak, lemongrass and lightly tangy lemon. Medium body.

Pours unclear blonde , no head . Scent is bit funky, some oak, bit tart . Taste is intense , sour, dry , wood ( much wood ) wine is very clear as well . Very complex .

Bottle @ Stephen’s house thanks to Dave! Gracias! Tangy lactic lemon, vanilla, straw, fairly spicy, delicious barnyard aroma. Somewhat cheesy, lemon, tart fruity, funky, tangy dry vinous, pineapple, tropical fruity flavor. Tasty beer!
