Oak Aged Missouri and Oregon Wild Ale with Blueberries
Coexpressionalism is a collaboration brewed with our friend Trevor Rogers of de Garde Brewing in Tillamook Oregon. This Lambic-inspired beer expresses the house characteristics of both Side Project and de Garde by brewing a turbid wort with aged hops and fermenting it entirely in a French Oak Foedre with a blend of our cultures and our favorite Oregon Blueberries. After aging for more than 2 years, we naturally conditioned this blend for several months until it was ready to be shared with you.

LCI, blueberries done right, light funk, medium sweetness, light tartness on the finish.

Bottle. Pours a dark purple with small pink head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is blueberry, oak, mineral. Light body, blueberry, vanilla, oak, nice tartness, balanced, really enjoyed this.
