This 2019 harvest beer was made through a native fermentation of Gamay Noir grapes grown biodynamically at Johan Vineyards in the Van Duzer Corridor of Oregon. The whole cluster grapes were cold soaked overnighted and then direct refermented with a blend of saisons in neutral oak and aged until ready.
This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle with Washington Honey.

Bottle thanks to Anthony. Pours a cloudy orange gold with small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is grape skin, strong funk, oak, earth, floral. Slick body, funky, grapes, oak, nice tartness, enjoyed this.
