Thanks Sam for sharing! Shot glass showing pale gold with apricot tinges and half a finger of clean white foam.
The nose shows intense notes of apricot and peach.
The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Highly tart and vanilla forward with strong apricot tones throughout and more fruit on the end.

750ml bottle pours out hazy straw topped with a fizzy white head. Nose is a nice blend of stone fruit and barrel notes. Taste is great apricot peach some jammy notes but plenty tart funky barrel goodness.

750ml bottle. Tart, mineraly and slightly sour with loads of stone fruit notes, apricot, peaches, vanilla and hints of funky farmyardy notes. Quite nice and refreshing.

Bottle. Pours cloudy yellow orange with medium white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong stone fruit, oak, floral, citrus. Thin body, sweet peach, apricot flesh, oak, light vanilla, acidic but not overpowering, enjoyed this.
Some regret popping this at a share but I think Giancarlo C., Elke, and I drank 90% of the bottle so it's cool. Fregging delicious peach funk, apricot sweetness, with a creamy vanilla finish that really comes out as it warms up.i need another to age asap!
