We doubled the dry hops in our IPA for an even more intense aroma of tropical fruit, citrus rind, and a mild earthy dankness.

Aromas are lots of citrus with some rind, dry grain and a little stone fruit in the back. Flavors are similar to nose, stone fruit comes out more like apricots and peaches. Great balance between sweet, bitter and carbonation. Good drinking.

On tap at Charles Towne Fermentory, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out floral hops, some light dankness, and toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is wonderfully dank, with dank piney hops and toasted biscuity malt. Perfect dankness and just yeasty enough. Nicely done.

16oz can pours a hazy orange with some lacing white head. Nose right out of the can had a lovely fresh strawberry, canned peaches, some vanilla. Opened up and had more classic citrus, orange and tangerine, some muddled tropical fruits. I was thankful the flavor had a classic IPA flavor. So many IPAs like this taste like milk shakes. This has a fresh orange character, a grassy bite, some grist, mango, grapefruit. Bitter and dry finish.
