Tastes juicy tropical fruity, citrusy, resinous and biscuity with smooth mouthfeel and average bitter finish. Full body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Not a monkey but Monkish business…

Sample at Stepping Stone Aarhus Together Beer Fest 02/11/2024 Intense punchy juicy fruity with resonating tropical and citrus fruity goodness delivered, getting hits of tangerine and pineapple, papaya, touch of blueberry mosaic chiming in, sitting upon a sweet creamy malty backbone, robust hoppy finish. Lovely.

From a 473ml can on 11/11/2023. Pours a murky golden with a medium head. The nose is quite herbal with some me fruit emerging. Has some sweet tropical flavours at the start, tempered by some lemon and lime. Firmly bitter, green and dry at the back, with a good dash of grapefruit. Silky mouthfeel with average carbonation. Intense and enjoyable, if not a complete winner.

Draught at Tørst: pours opaque yellow haze with white head. Aroma is tropical and very sharp citrus. Taste is punchy, bright, dry finish. Somewhat bitter. Have had better Monkish DIPAs.
