Bottle at the brewery. Pours a cloudy orange gold with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong funk, rye, yeast. Medium mouth, funky, yeast, strong rye, light tartness, very good.

750 ml bottle from Sparrow. Murky reddish-orange. Thick, frothy, lasting, beige head. Soured yeast and rye spice. Flavor is fairly sour. Smooth, with a clean feel. Not quite as good as some of their best Saisons, but still a nice one.

Pours unclear blonde. Small hite head. Smell is very funky, bit grains. Taste is dry, slightly funky - wouldnt say sour though - rather sweet grainy back. Not as intense as other beers i had by them, but not bat as it is.

Bottle. Pours dirty orange white head. Nose and taste of rye, lemongrass, peppercorn, spicy yeast, dank orange peel and citrus. Medium body. Solid beer. Brett hasn’t really developed yet.
