Coeur de Cuvée Blend #3 is the first CDC Blend to be released to the public - Blends 1 and 2 were exclusively for La Coterie. For Blend #3, we used selected barrels of Oude Fermier and then refermented them with Boysenberries for a rich, luscious fruit presence intertwined with our pinnacle barrel-fermented Missouri Saison.

Bottle. Pours a dark purple with small pink head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is strong berry, oak, earth, funk. Slick body, berry, lemon, earthy, jammy, enjoyed this.
