Our luxuriously wet-hopped Citra and Galaxy Double India Pale Ale! We take our finest and freshest Double India Pale Ale (whiteferrari) and make it even fresher! We hit the finished wort with whole-cone “wet” Citra hops from Oregon that were picked, flash frozen, and shipped to us immediately for use in this beer. For good measure, we used also tossed in our freshest Galaxy and Citra hop pellets. The result is a super juicy Double India Pale Ale that can only be brewed during the hop harvest. Super fresh and bursting with round, juicy tropical fruit, melon, peach, and candied orange.

Juicy and sweet but flirting with becoming cloy, with a tropical fruit candy middle mixed with candied citrus zest, bubblegum, and a hint of vanilla, followed by a touch of vegetal dankness, finishing with earth and minerals on the finish. Not bad.

Astringent bark, green onion and pineapple. Murky orange pour with great head and lacing. Some níspero. Hop tang finish with some barky bitterness. Tap at Rústico.

Can thanks to William. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with medium off white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is strong dank, tropical fruit, yeast. Slick body, grapefruit, melon, papaya, dank, dusty, lingering bitterness, very good.
