Change is needed, for us to grow as a brewery but also for us as a country. We really thought about what we are as a brewery and while we love everything we do, we knew we needed to continue to grow and adapt our brewing techniques and styles. Using some new techniques we drop this Double IPA on yall which we utilized Simcoe, Azacca, and Citra hops in the dry hop. We absolutely love how this turned out and cant wait to share it with yall! On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with medium white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is dank and citrus. Slick body, pine, grapefruit, dusty finish, very good.
