This heavily fruited Berliner is brewed with rice flakes and lactose, creating a smooth and creamy mango nectar. Then we dose it with Madagascar vanilla and loads of fresh mango purée to produce an immensely crushable sour reminiscent of tropical Japanese mochi ice cream.
Mango Mochi is the follow-up to and inspired by the original Mochi we made in collaboration with our pals from Great Notion.

13/2/2025. Can from The Dead Crafty Beer Company, Liverpool. Shared at home with the wife. Pours cloudy yellow gold with a small off-white yellowish head. Aroma is mango, lactose, vanilla. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, sparkling carbonation. Some bitterness to finish amd citric tartness to finish. Liked it. So did Mrs B.

Can thanks to Russell. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head. The aroma is mango, wheat, vanilla. Thin body, sweet mango, vanilla bean, light tartness, very good.
