Sample from bottle thanks to a well connected Chris. Pours hazy yellow gold with a decent white head. Aroma is floral, soapy, funky, almost blue cheese mouldy funk. Taste is strong soapy elderflower, mouldy funk, mellows after a little while. Interesting stuff.

Bottle shared by Jean at Cantillon (around 5 years old). Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of heavily floral soapy in a way that reminds me of my mother’s bathroom, damp with a lightly mouldy funk. Flavour is moderate sour and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
