Looks like a shot of cognac. Aroma and flavour are super floral. Dry, astringent, sharp. Quite herbal and floral too.

Sampled at BXL festival. Huge thanks to sir Kermis! Clear golden, no real head. Dank funk, massive oxidized wine notes, cognac, dry old wood, soft vanilla, tart wheat, bitter herbs. Under medium sweet, bitter and sour. Medium bodied, flat. Great!

Bottle pour at the source thanks to Kermis. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap that dissipates to edgework. Nose is funky, light floral notes, herbacious, dusty, spice, soured elderflower, damp straw. Taste comprises sharp nettles, floral notes, funk, barnyard, white peppery spice, tarte lemon, dusty hay, mouldy wood, a bit soapy, herbacious. Medium fine carbonation, drying close. Decent if quite bracing.
