6 pack canned on 5/17/21, drunk over the course of the next month, most recently on 6/13/21.
Clear, light, straw-golden with shimmering carbonation and a substantial, well-retained head.
No ugly pine-twang-resin here and at first it's almost hard to believe this is cascade hops. But the soft citrus is woven in gently to the cracker, honey and fresh, mineral-heavy yeast notes, ending on gentle acidity and very strong aromatics overall with no alcohol or flaw noted.
Snappy, dry, yet nicely malty with honey and cracker interwoven with meyer lemon and orange notes. Soft texture with very tight carbonation. Extremely elegant and flawless without any overdone hop character whatsoever. Oftentimes these American-hopped European styles are completely dominated by the hop addition, but not so here.

Can thanks to William. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is pine, straw, citrus. Slick body, grass, hay, nice bitterness, crisp, very good.
