0,5 can - named Gallica Premium Pils - in Hungary. Golden yellow Czech color with minimal head. Hoppy, clean but not pronounced aroma. Moderately carbonated, bitterly, delicately, hop-like to pilsner. The beer was not disembodied, it became a quite normal pilsner. Good drinking beer.

Bottle, picked up at a whole foods shop in Brussels. Pale gold. Soft haze. Island of white swirls. Nose has sweet cereal. Wort. Something like wood glue. Taste is sweet and worty. High fizz. Sweet finish. Metallic aftertaste. Grim.

Bottled@AIH66 Beer Session. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is diacetyl, and mild herbal notes. Flavour is mild fruity notes with quite a big diacetyl punch as well as some mild grassy and grainy notes. Not sure if diacetyl was intended or not in this one...

Clear golden color, small white head. Sweetish aroma with hints of diacetyl. Light-bodied. Sweetish malty, low bitterness, buttery notes (diacetyl). Off-flavours here mostly. Dissapointment from the classic brewery.

On tap & 4. Cameralov festival mikropivovarjev. Clear pale golden color with thin quickly diminishing frothy white head and average sparkling appearance. Weak aroma of mild malt, some hay and nothing else. Taste is medium sweet malty with mild grassy bitter finish. Light body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Weak, watery and boring...

Rated as Gallica Premium Pils. Pours a clear yellow golden color, topped with a small white head, non-lasting. No real aroma, just some mild grainy feel. Mildly sweet with mild bitterness in the end. Nothing special. Drinkable because of the heat. Average.

F: white, quite stable. C: clear, gold. A: grainy, malty, bread, light citrus. T: malty, bready, light toast, light sour, hint of grassy bitterness, medium body, medium carbonation, not bad, drinkable, 0,25l bottle from Färm organic shop in Brussels.

Közepes, gyorsan fogyó hab, amiből egy fél milliméter azért végig megmarad. Tiszta, átlátszó borostyán szín. Illata kissé édeskés lágeres. Nem tipikus pilzeni, jóval édeskésebb és kevésbé keserű. Hosszú utóíze egy az egyben a korty folytatása. Közepesen testes, kellemes, jól csúszó söröcske, de inkább csajos, mint férfias.
