On tap at GTOM. Pours a yellow gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is prickly pear, pure sugar, wheat. Slick body, prickly pear, citrus, wheat, tart finish, good.

Perfectly clear coloured light orange and golden coloured body with a thinnish, pure white head that shows some light carbonation. Aroma of very soured and tart fruits like raspberries, lemons and a dash of hibiscus as well, but there aren't many malts or support elements, but the fruit and especially the sour notes seem very nice. Light-bodied; Soured lemon and citrus fruits are noticeable at first with a lot of tart raspberry elements as well, along with some very subtle malts and a dash of very subdued floral notes, but the beer goes down very easily. Aftertaste is smooth and very focused on the soured, tart fruits, lemons and easy-drinking malts that seem like wheat. Overall, a very nice and incredibly flavourful beer that has a great level of soured and tart notes that show prickly pear, even though I didn't know what it was, but the balance is very nice, and shows as a very flavourful berliner weisse. Great to sample and well worth trying to find - I'm going to try and find the other variants, as well. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Liqour Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 21-November-2018 for US$2,99 sampled in my hotel room here in Patuxent River, Maryland on 18-September-2019.
