Merge two incredible tastes: a refreshing Budweiser and the intensely zesty jalapeno kick of Clamato Picante. Drink it straight from the can or add your favorite ingredients to make it yours.

I don’t even want to rate this. Vegetable juice, clams, and a picante kick at the end. I regret this so much. So so much.

Can. OMG was this stuff vile!! It’s just going to have to stand as a tick, because I simply can’t be objective, and couldn’t get past one sip. Shrubber85 was present., and can vouch for my violent negative reaction.

Pours orange-red with a strangely pinkish, odd-bodied head....like aged Owens-Corning fiberglass insulation.... Not as thick as I’d anticipated,. Scent is rather subdued, really...tomato juice, clamato... So far, not as disturbing as I feared...now, to sip....(carefully)....oy. There it is, pretty much the abomination I expected....pretty much just cheap-ass bloody mary mix, lime, chile, and marinara sauce blended carelessly with water found in an army surplus canteen. Amazingly, and thankfully, not as fishy and coagulated as the original. Therefore, I give it a .1 higher rating than the minimum... That being said.....Crikey!!!! ghastly stuff. Oh, it came in a giant tallboy can......kind of have to admire that sort of optimism.

Tallboy can. Tomato/clam juice and light barley malt aroma. Cloudy orange-red with minimal head. Salty-sweet tomato and clam juice flavor with just a hint of malt. Very light jalapeno finish. I was hoping (nay, praying) that this would be spicy enough to cover the other flavors but alas, twas not to be. Was very sweet without much heat. Possibly some tabasco and worcestershire sauce could have tricked my tongue into thinking it was a cheap bloody mary.

24 oz can. Pours cloudy orange-red with a soapy quickly-collapsing pink head. Doesn’t look very pretty. Smells like tomato juice, pepper, other vegetables associated with bloody marys (celery?). Taste is savory, salty, tomatoey; finishes sour (limes) with a little spicy--I was hoping for burning heat, dammit. Carbonation is fairly soft for a Bud product. Very tasty if you like bloody beers and/or bloody marys. I know it’s sacrilegious to like these chelada beers on this here website, but I’ve always drank either macro lagers mixed with tomato juice (known as bloody beers or red beers) or bloody marys on a hangover. Sometimes up camping, when everyone starts drinking around 10 am, these are the only things I can choke down after a night of heavy drinking! Budweiser has made a very nice spin on the classic cocktail.

Can from the Arden BevMo. Pours dilute tomato juice with a foamy white head that quickly fizzed away. Aroma of tomato juice and chili. Near med body. Whoa. It is salty. Flavor is dilute tomato juice, chili and lime notes. This might be really good for a morning hangover. Actually it’s fairly tasty - just not my idea of beer.

Can at RBWG hotel tasting, not long after seeing Son of Grave Digger sign the Millennium box. Murky pink with a light foamy head. Big, tangy tomato juice aroma. Light sweet flavor, kind of like carbonated tomato soup. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Some spicy kick to finish, more tomato. If you like tomato juice...
