Eunoia 4 is a Wheated Imperial Stout that we aged in Old Fitzgerald Wheated Bourbon casks. The smoothness of wheat from both the stout mash and the whiskey mash play with each other creating a silky-full mouthfeel. Vermont Maple Syrup provides further smoothness along with a touch of Madagascar Vanilla to provide and enhance aromatics and offer subtle spice for balance.

Bottle thanks to Mike. Pours black with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is intense maple, roast, cocoa, vanilla, bourbon, wood. Slick body, roasted malt, maple, cocoa, wood, bourbon, molasses, enjoyed this.
