Bought and consumed as a gag on a climbing trip. Pours a hazy, bubbly pink, with a thin, light pink head. The aroma is tomato, oyster crackers, corn, salt, and celery. The flavor is savory and sweet, with a lot of salt. Light body, astringent, and unpleasantly thick. This is a truly awful experience. The aroma seems almost palatable, like a weak tomato juice with fish and seawater mixed in. I can almost believe that someone intended for this to taste like this, but it is absolutely not what I’m looking for in a drink. It is a fight to keep this stuff down, and it takes a lot of willpower to take another sip. I drank about 3 oz, then poured the rest out. I wish I had bought King Cobra or Natty Ice instead...

Can: Vile vomit smell, with tomato and lime. Opaque pink. thick pink head no retention. V8, okra, and vomit flavor, a surprising amount of heat. Hot sauce? A bit more tolerable than the Bud Heavy version, but smells way worse. Really one of the worst beers of all time.

Can. A- Tomato, alcohol, spiced. A- Red color, solid red liquid, no head. T- Tastes like watery beer mixed with tomato juice, salty. P- Light body, slick texture, flat carbonation, tomato finish. O- Tastes like a Michelada. If that’s what you’re after this is good. If it’s no then chances are you won’t like it one bit.

I had previously tried the picante and it was so gross I had to pour it all out. This one isn’t exactly good but in comparison it is so much better, it is actually drinkable. It works a lot better from the can, I suppose you don’t have to smell it, or look at it. Poured it produced a fizzy artificial seeming head, a cloudy orangey pink color. Nose is clamato, weak beer, garbage juice. Flavor is light and smooth, the clamato cuts out and balances the funky apple of Bud Light, the beer adds fizz and liveliness to the clamato.

Can, 25oz. An unclear, pinkish orange-golden beer with a minimal sized off-white head. Tomato and not much else in the aroma. The flavor having the same problem, wit some salt and pepper. Medium bodu wth soft carbonation. Tomato juice finish. At first I thought it wasn’t that bad, but hell it is. 130811

Can. Man, what can I say? This is undrinkable. Pours a bile colored pinkish hue, a small white bubble of head. A terrible rotting mess of intestines, sick and something akin to salty rotten tomato. The flavor is super salty, intense, really sweet and salty tomato, somehow the lime just makes it so much worse, like spraying air refreshner after a troubling bathroom incident it actually all combines terrible ingredients to something unspeakable.

Tall boy canned @ home poured into my Crooked Staved snifter and picked up at 287 Liquor Foco. Pours a peachy/pinkish appearance with practically no head. A touch citrusy, big tomato juice, celery, chili powder aroma - not a whole helluva lot different from the Budweiser Chelada aroma. Spicy, tomato, somewhat watery, celery, veggie flavor. Yuck. I honestly think this is a bit worse that the Budweiser Chelada. Tastes like my mom’s Chow Mein.
