Double IPA brewed with fresh Galaxy, Citra, and Motueka using our oat heavy base to create a fluffy cloud of citrus candy-like flavor. We dry-hopped it with the same hops, and then conditioned. Before packaging we blended in our house Pastry Cream a little at a time until we got the slightest hint of french vanilla ice cream on the finish.

16oz can at the June DC Rate Beer tasting. Poured a hazy, yellow. Looks a bit like juice. Aroma was stonefruit - apricots, some peach. Flavor was creamy, fruity. Vanilla, tangy.

16oz can pours a pulpy, pale yellow with no head. Nose has apricot, peach, vanilla, melon. Flavor is all sorbet, melon, mango, orange. Thick finish.

Green onion and mango. Passion fruit and papaya. Murky orange pour with ok head. Hop tang finish. Can.

Can thanks to Savada. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is dank and citrus. Medium body, grapefruit, melon, pine, light bitterness, very good.
