Crafted to celebrate our 5th Anniversary, Starry Noche started as a carefully selected blend of Medianoche batches aged for 18-22 months in freshly emptied 7-12 year-old bourbon barrels. After nearly two years in barrels, the blend was conditioned on more than 3 lbs/gallon of toasted coconut flakes and raw coconut chips, then finished with toasted hazelnut.

Tasting at Orange & Brew. Nice chocolate and coconut nose. Black with no head from an opened bottle. Thick, viscous on the tongue. Plenty of coconut, and even for me it tastes very nice.

Draught @ MBCC 2021. Soft, coconutty and slightly roasty with some nutty notes, loads of barrel and bourbon, vanilla and cocoa. Quite nicely balanced, smooth awesomeness. Great stuff.

Tap at MBCC 2021, Copenhagen. Color is very dark brown with very small brownish head. Aromas and flavors: Chocolate, milk chocolate, nuts, Cacao.... Pretty nice and soft.

23K rating. Bottle, pours black with large coconut chunks and small tan head. The aroma is intense hazelnut, coconut, roast, dark chocolate, wood, bourbon. Slick body, hazelnut, coconut, vanilla, milk chocolate, light roast, nice booze, enjoyed this.

22oz bottle pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is amazing toasted coconut rich bourbon barrel notes vanilla chocolate wow. Taste is out of this world big rich chocolate malts some light coffee a hit of toasted coconut well balanced bourbon barrel with a sweet vanilla end.
