Beheld and Betide is a single wort wheat saison brewed with dandelion flowers and fermented in oak.

The 2020 harvest beer was created from well aged mixed culture saison brewed with raw wheat, malted barley, and hop and dandelion flowers in Spring of 2020.

This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle with raw Washington honey.

750ml bottle pours out hazy straw topped with a white head. Nose is spice floral citrus oak lots going on. Taste is more of the nice light tart complex notes some spice and floral.

Bottle thanks to Anthony. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium white head. The aroma is strong wheat, lemon zest, floral, oak, pepper. Thin body, funky, lemon zest, wheat, oak, lingering dry finish, enjoyed this.
