Oak ripened country beer of mixed fermentation rested for a good long while upon Murasaki (Japanese) sweet potato. Notes of lychee, guanabana, spice bush, elderflower, gooseberry, white flowers, white currant, white cranberries, white cake, and eucalyptus.

Bottle thanks to Brian. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is earth, floral, yeast, wheat. Slick body, yeast, citrus, earthy, dry finish, very good.
