Coeur de Cuvée is a series of blends of some of our finest wine barrel fermented and aged Saisons. This fifth release contains select barrels of Oude La Ruche brewed in February 2018, each of which was barrel-fermented and aged for more than a year with a delicate amount of Apricots before blending and being naturally conditioned in this bottle.

Flaska från Side Project, blend 5. Lätt lysande gul med vit krona. Mycket citron, äpple, päron (mest i doft), stor och djup syra. Citronmaräng, persika, litchi, lätt kryddig ton i avslutningen. Kanske lite åt det suraste hållet, saknar balans. Men gott.
No bokke, but close, but maybe not, but who cares mad delicious!

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden with medium white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is intense apricot flesh, floral, yeast, oak. Thin body, strong apricot, citrus, oak, balanced acidity, enjoyed this.
