We took our 10 Layer Stout base recipe, amped up the adjuncts and abv, then blended with our house pastry cream and milk chocolate to create the base. Once we were satisfied with the base, we transferred off into smaller tanks to introduce more ingredients and flavors.

16oz can best of the 3 IMO, pours out muddy brown topped with a small head. Nose is sweet chocolate but with some raspberries to keep it from going to sweet. Taste is more of the big sweet chocolate jammy raspberries and some vanilla.

Can thanks to Savada. Pours a cloudy brown with small beige head. The aroma is raspberry, chocolate malt, booze. Slick body, cocoa, raspberry, malty, light booze finish, good.
