Many barrels were filled, very few were selected; now after over a year in bourbon barrels, followed by another year in apple brandy barrels, Double Barrel Assassin is finally ready. Prepare your palate for the delectable flavors of milk chocolate and fudge, laced with caramel undertones and a warming finish of bourbon and apple brandy.

Small sample @ MBCC, 2025, CPH. Pours Black with bubbles on top. From bomber. Motor oily, Wood, Bourbon, Slick and oily syrupy. Café latte and just Great coffee. Long finish. Bang! 4.5
Smooth, rich, bourbon, apple brandy, dark chocolate. Nicely balanced, amazing.
Smooth, complex and balanced with some roastiness, chocolate, cocoa, vanilla, hints of apple brandy and bourbon. Complex and tasty.
FLW, concentrated assassin nose that gives me flashbacks of my last assassin taste, upfront just decadent, finish you gotta be in the mood for brandy cause it's all over the place there, let it sit and snift generously.

Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours a dark brown with medium tan head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong apple brandy, cocoa, roast, wood, vanilla. Slick body, bourbon, apple brandy, vanilla, cocoa, roast, nice sweetness, enjoyed this.
