375mL bottled June 2023, drunk 12/15/24. Clear bright golden-brass. Medium-sized, well-retained, white head. Nose is juicy somewhat, with light kumquat-like yellow fruit and a fair bit of nicely aged lactic-forward culture. Mild funk, good malt showing cracker, biscuit, light honey. Not overdone on the rhubarb. In flavor it's completely different. Bright, tart, juicy, fruity, incredibly well-expressed rhubarb like I've never tasted. No bitterness, no vegetal character, no excess acidity. Just round, juicy, intense flavors redolent of melon, kiwi, cucumber. Round, supple, deep malts add light honey and are well-attenuated. Mild culture lingering with low acidity. One of the better flavors I've tasted in a beer.

Bottle thanks to Brian. Pours a hazy golden with medium white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is mineral, funk, oak, earth, rhubarb. Slick body, funky, rhurbarb, citrus, oak, nice tartness, enjoyed this.
