I am pleased to share with you our Oaked Diabolik Ale. This Belgian-style sour ale is another in our limited-edition series of barrel-aged beers. Brewed with 100% imported German Pilsner malt and Spalt hops, fermented in stainless steel vessels and then aged in oak barrels which lend a complex wild sourness and woody dryness to the palate. 22 oz bottle shared at the DC tasting. Slightly hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of wine, oak, citrus. Tastes of light tartness, some whiskey, oak, tart citrus. Medium body with a dry finish.

pours rather clear blonde. Smell is sour, sharp , dry grains . Taste is Sour , really dry , grainy , some vinigar notes , but its still OK . Grainy , butter sour finish .
