375ml bottle. Hazy, orangey, bright golden colour with average to huge, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, funky, complex fruity, slightly oaky and spicy aroma, notes of plum and vanilla, hints of oak, mild funk, grape sugar, white grapes, gooseberry, apricot, cherry. Taste is tart-ish, slightly tangy, fruity, very subtle sugary sweetness with a touch of vanilla sugar, grapesugar, a slightly dry, funky touch, contrary to the aroma rather restricted fruitiness with hints of plum, unripe plum, unripe apricot; some more oak in the finish. slightly watery texture, fine, smooth carbonation. Very nice.

4 oz. draft at EBF, Boston. Nice eye appeal. For how soft and mellow plum can be, this showed a steady amount of tart plums. Subtle oak. Not overly sour and balanced well.
