750ml (thx, Brent!) @ Ryan's shared with Faress and a gang. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: funky, rustic notes, quite grainy (buckwheat?), bready. Taste: along the same lines, a bit acidic, lemony, some lemony candies. Overall: smells weird, tastes better, ok overall.

Poured from 750mL bottle (beer #7500). Hazed blonde with small white head. Mild funk, rustic spelt-like quality, nothing special.

Hazy, thin head. The aroma is a bit yoghurty, brett c, and wood. Maybe some honeyish florals. It's got a similar character, but the complexity is pretty good. It's quite tart. So there's just enough base to hold all the whacky yeast character together.

750mL bottle, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has complex bugs, rustic saison yeast, a touch of oak, and toasted grains. Flavour is rustic, grainy and buggy, with plenty of mixed cultures, toasted grains, a touch of lacto, and rustic notes. A bit too much lacto in the cultures here. It's alright.

Bottle thanks to Anthony. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is floral, wheat, citrus, lettuce. Slick body, citrus, brett, oak, yeast, light tartness, very nice.
