Bottle at a tasting with the boys. Excellent. Med-high barnyard complexity, horsey, hay, funk. Medium sourness, very pleasant mix of acids, subtle acetic, mostly lactic, but very well rounded, slightly citric too maybe. Moderate general fruitiness. Very easy drinking despite being rich and complex.
