Reviewed from notes.
Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: golden copper color with a quarter finger of white foamy head which settled fairly quick to leave some spotty yet somewhat sliding lace
Aroma: bright red raspberry tart and sweet qualities; subtle lactic but also light Brett, sly vinous further underneath with an even lighter lemony pop to it
Flavor: marries the prior noted aromas to a fine tart to sweet to subtle sour quality; finishes with the raspberries and lacto vibes
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper; nice enough tart aggression as expected onto my tongue
Overall: nicely done raspberry sour ale worthy of seeking again.

Bottle from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours translucent pink with a whitish head. Aroma is raspberry, but it's a bit weak on the tart aspect the berry usually projects. Not quite med body. Flavor is sort of dilute tart raspberry. Clearly sour, but not very. There's a earthy/wheaty thing lurking in the finish. Easy drinking sour; not challenging.

Flavor is light sour, malt, tart fruit, red berries, raspberry. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, light acidic finish. Nice, but im not a big fan of raspberries. 180718
