Morning Vibes is our Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup and Sump Coffee Imperial Stout. We start with our Imperial Stout recipe we have named Vibes and which lays the groundwork for so much of our Stout repertoire and finish it with our own Side Project Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup and Coffee from our friends at Sump. This maple syrup comes to us from Vermont, but we then Barrel-Aged it in a bourbon barrel here and have used it in beers ranging from Derivation Blend #9 to Double Barrel Maple in the Wood.

Bottle. Pours black with large creamy tan head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is intense maple syrup, cold brew, dark chocolate, toffee, brownie batter. Thick body, maple syrup, brownie, fudge, vanilla, wood, boozy, enjoyed this.
