Seidel at the roost pours a clear, starbright burnt orange with some clingy white head. Nose is OK, malt and dough and some yeast. Flavor is malt and dough, some cookies some root veg. Dry medium bodied finish.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark amber with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is toasted malt, caramel, cracker. Slick body, toast, biscuit, caramel, light dry finish, good.
