750ml bottle. Kind of a gusher. Unfiltered brown-burgundy body. Massive off-white head. Thick, malty for the low ABV. Kind of awkward caramel chewy brown malts. Not really that solid of an offering.

Draft at the source. Poured a slightly cloudy brown color with a small, wispy off-white head. Aroma was Light nutella and sweet malts. Flavor was sweet malts, light bitter chocolate. Interesting.

Draft. Pours brown white head. Nose/taste of nougat, caramel, bread and toffee. Medium body.

Draft - Malty with some raisin and light cocoa. Clearish copper with a decent beige head. Dark malts and some bitter notes that don’t work.

Pours rather unclear brown / amber . Small white head . Smell is spiced , sharp malts . Taste is bitter , aromatic malty sweetness . Bit herbal / earthy . OK

On draft at Bluejacket in DC. Pours a cloudy brown with an ecru head. Spicy nose. Flavors of light toffee. Medium bodied. Surprisingly not at all sour.

Draft at the source. Cloudy maroon amber, tan edge head. Aroma is lightly spiced raw brown bread dough. Taste has spiced brownies, caramel, burnt brown sugar. Tasty.
