This English strong ale is a tribute to the first giant Jack slayed. Cormoran was said to be 18 feet tall and have six digits on each of his hands and feet. While he was known to quickly devour and enjoy his beer’s rich malty character.

On draft at the brewery. Pours a clear copper with an off white head. Toffee nose. Flavors of toffee and caramel. Sweet. Smooth finish.

Northeast Bucket List Trip Beer #8. Pours a clear amber with a medium sized fizzy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of banana and caramel. The taste is raisin, toasted malt, caramel, banana, mild tinny hops and cake batter. Medium bodied.
