50 cL bottle as Eichbaum Gerstel Alkoholfrei. Pours clear and golden yellow to orange white a lacing white head. Spiced and cardboardish aroma. Flavour is mild sweet at first yet with a classic NA cardboardish note following. Goes into a finish of the same and a mild bitterness presence.

Big shiny offwhite fine-bubbled lasting head. Deep yellow body with carbonation. Milky rubbery aroma with hoppy notes. Dry lightly acidic grainy taste with fruity notes. Dry clean hoppy aftertaste. Clean and soft mouthfeel. Mid-bodied! Very nice for an alcohol-free. (0.5l bottle, Ayinger Speis & Trunk, München.)

12 oz bottle from Trader Joes; Nose of hay nad grain; translucent darker gold with a small white head; flavor grassy wheat, caramel, and a slight hop bitterness; one of the best non-alcohols I’ve tried; actually has quite a bit of flavor! I’d arther drink this than most pale lagers!

Bottle at Hotel Schliersbergalm 19 Jun 07. Golden coloured with a creamy white head. Some fruity notes but otherwise easy to forget.

Something of a light caramel aroma. Another beer whose odor strangely brings Newcastle Brown to mind. Light amber color with a white head that endures and nearly laces. Thin to medium bodied. A bit fizzy. Light caramel malt with some wet paper. A very little bitter. It’s ok for a non-alcoholic.

Bottled (my rating #2700). I decided to celebrate #2700 by this beer. Pour up a very golden colour and hasn’t got too much head. Aroma is mainly hay and paper. I wonder if the beer aroma is recycleable. The flavour is hard to imagine, efter the very surprising aroma. The flavour is very papery and hayish. When I was a little kid, I went to the paper recycling bin, this tastes about as much paper as it felt to be in the bin. All in all a quite bulk alcoholfree beer, with few surprises.

Bottled as "Alkoholfrei"
Golden color, small steady white head. Very sweet, artifical malty aroma. Extremely sweet annoying with all bad things what you can imagine in N/A beer. Overall too sweet.

Beer no. 19 of my Slovenian beerhunt. Poured a big thick and fluffy white head that went away at a medium pace leaving tons of lacing. Pale golden colour. Strong sickly sweet n/a smell (aka. sharp soggy cornflakes smell).. nasty. However, the taste isn’t that bad for a n/a. That malt doesn’t dominate the body (which, while empty for a beer, is full enough for a n/a), and it only leaves some weak honeyish taste, some ok hops, lemon and a lingering acidic-bitter aftertaste. I’ve had worse. Far worse. And hey, this was 72 SIT for a 0.5l can which is exactly 30 Euro cents, making it the cheapest n/a I’ve ever had.

(Bottle 33 cl) Pretty golden beer with a decent head. Soft and slightly sweet, but no metallic tang as so often in this style. Very malty (even some wheat) with a nice little touch of hops in the finish. Quite pleasant low alcohol. 220701
