Hill Farmstead Brewery rests upon the land that was once home to her and her 13 siblings. We selected a puncheon and several wine barrels of Anna and aged it on a Balaton cherries from Burtt’s Orchard in Cabot, Vt. The result is a complex, elegant expression of the annual harvest.

Bottle at HF. Pours a dark ruby with small pinkish head that lasts. The aroma is cherry skin, spice, oak, funk. Slick body, sweet cherry, spice, light funk, oak, enjoyed this.
