Brewed in the Northern German tradition, this eminently drinkable pils is made exclusively with pilsner malt & Yakima Valley-grown Loral hops, then lagered in our cellar for 4 weeks. a classical hop-forward lager, love cats is refreshingly crisp, clean, bone-dry, brisk & bitter.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear light gold with a pillowy white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a nice grass and light lemon bite with a nice straw note and a hint of citrus rind underlying. Flavor has slightly bitter grass throughout with a slight hint of citrus rind and straw notes supporting.
