Bottle, 75cl. A clear, oily red one, deep red and still. The aroma is quite cherryish, with honey and a flowery touch. The flavor has some cherry and sweetness, but it’s quite dry actually. Flat and oily and warming. Cherry notes, honey and some flowers in the end. A quite pleasant one actually, at least considering it’s a berry mead. 131122

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. No head. Color is ruby. Aroma and taste are honey, berries, alcohol and has a dry vinous warming finish.

Bottle at Yespr. Deep red-orange color, brownish. Dry, dusty nose of currants, cherry, some honey and herbs. Lots of currant flavor, cherry, honey, vanilla. Very tasty. wow, great balance and super flavor.

Sampled @ RB Danish Summer Gathering 2013 day 2, Ulfborg. Bottle. Clear dark red color, virtually no head. Smell and taste some alcohol and red fruits. Mixes together quite decently. Still, something I wouldn’t regularly drink.

75 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden red with a fully gone head. Aroma is fruity, dry and vague sulphorish. Smooth red currant. Smooth fruity and mellow honey lingering through.
