Tart and extremely refreshing, Underscore is soured with a blend of lactobacillus and then fermented on fruit for an incredibly flavorful and balanced drinking experience. Post ferment, we add even more fruit to really help push the aroma and flavor. Underscore is the base beer with different fruits added each iteration, and this batch is Cherry and Keylime!

Can thanks to Anthony. Pours a cloudy ruby with small off white head. The aroma is lime zest, cherry, wheat. Thin body, sweet cherry, lime juice, wheat, nice tartness, crushable, very good.

Refrigerated 16 oz. aluminum can poured into a glass. Aroma is lime, medium body, medium/lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is tart lime and some cherry.
