Blueberry - Hostel Cereal is an ale brewed like porridge with copious amounts of rye we added wheat and very little malted barley to create an ale fitting of for life’s long journey. This sour ale with acidity softened by malt is approachable like citrus juice a morning fruit.

Bottle thanks to Veronica. Pours a cloudy dark copper with small off white head. The aroma is blueberry, rye, wheat. Slick body, blueberry, wheat, light acidity, nice tartness, very good.
