Le Feu Vert is our collaboration with our friend Blake Tyers of Creature Comforts in Athens, Georgia. The inspiration behind Le Feu Vert was to brew a hoppy farmhouse inspired pale ale using both fresh and aged hops, then age it in wine barrels with our Missouri cultures for more than a year to let the bitterness, Brettanomyces and acidity mingle into this rustic beer that was then naturally conditioned in this bottle before release.

Bottle thanks to John. Pours a cloydy orange yellow with medium spotty white head. The aroma is strong citrus, oak, grass. Slick body, grass, lemon zest, light oak, juicy, enjoyed this.
