Pitch black pour with a short-lived dark tan head and some ugly-looking coconut residue floating to the surface. Huge hazelnuts up-front, followed by coconut, bourbon, vanilla, some sherry, cinnamon, chocolate, cherries, cacao nibs. Delicious stuff, if only a bit too sweet. Solid dessert stout.

FLN, mad delicious, if it had marshmallow probably an easy 5 for me, solid barrel and solid hazelnut cinnamon choco bar.

Sample during the It's Beignet while, so Parrish the Thought of Deserting Oil of Us for this Road Trip Tasting on 06/26/2021. Jet black pour with a medium thin beige head that recedes quickly to a dense film. Small patches of lace. Aroma of oak, malt, coconut and spice. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky bourbon, hazelnut, toasted coconut and malt. The finish is roasty and oaky with a bourbon and coconut aftertaste. Good beer overall.
